Occupancy Discounts - Caravans, Apartments & Canadian
Log Cabins Only
A reduction will be allowed for occupancy of a 2 or 3 bedroomed
holiday home caravan, apartments and Canadian cabins by less
than four people being accommodated. 10% discount will be
allowed for occupancy by three people and 20% discount for
occupancy by two people.
The maximum
discount allowable is 20%
Low Occupancy Discounts apply to full week stays only.
The full deposit must be paid at the time of booking but any
reduction allowed will be deducted from the balance.

Cancellations
CANCELLATION - Once you have booked your Holiday Property
and our Confirmation has been issued, even if you are unable
to take your Holiday as planned, you are responsible for the
full rent of the property booked. If however we receive notification
of Cancellation from you AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE the start
of your holiday, then your payments will be refunded less
£25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before
your holiday, then you are liable for the full amount due.
